Return & Refund Policy

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible unused items in their original condition and packaging.

How to start a return
Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions. Please don’t send items back without contacting us first, because returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
